This week's menu

It is Monday, and I have meals planned for the week. I'm patting myself on the back. I even made for dinner what I had planned for today! Without further ado, I present this week's meal plan.

Monday: borscht (ate it and forgot to photograph it. You know that means I was HUNGRY!)

Tuesday: BLT sandwiches, carrot sticks, celery, cucumbers

Wednesday: Whole wheat toast, an orange, and an omelette with bell pepper, spinach, and ham (eating alone on Wednesday)

Thursday: couscous

Friday: homemade pizza



Saturday: tacos

Sunday: pork chops, mashed potatoes, peas, baked butternut squash
